Description

~~~
Many years before the terrible war between human and machine, a small device was created by a crazed doctor. this small destructive device of power was known as the talisman.
a retired doctor who lived in a small, suffering town had reached a state of insanity and locked himself away and began to study the dark sciences. his wife was dead, his older daughter had moved away, as so he was stuck with his youngest daughter. he rarely acknowledged her existence and left her to fend for herself. she had no friends other than a small ragdoll she had made from old fabric and had found gems to use for its eyes. it had a happy smile across its face that warmed her heart. she was a lonely girl, and was very isolated. her father had become crazy, and when he had finished his soul transfer device, he needed a test subject to make sure it worked. and he used the only person he could think of. his daughter.
he used the dangerous talisman to transfer her soul into her small ragdoll. he was overpowered with joy. but his ragdoll daughter could not move, for it lacked stable hands, feet, and eyes. so he used what he could find. he replaced the hands with 8 long, sharp needles, and knife blades for the creature to walk on. he had cut open her back to implant a metal skeleton, but carelessly stitched it back up. he removed the gem eyes to keep them for himself, and left the doll eyeless, tho she could still see. she could not talk, for she lacked a voicebox. but she could now move, and she was not happy, even though her face bears a permanent smile. she killed the doctor, for the soul inside the doll was no longer that of the daughter, but had changed and now was a soul of itself. the doll accidentally encountered the talisman, thus having its soul ripped from its body, back into the device.
when she had heard what had happened, the older daughter fled home with her husband and grieved over the loss of her sister. she then buried her sister in a tomb, along with the doll, leaving the talisman in the doll's sharp, sinister clutches. she burned her father till the crazed man was nothing more, and she left the evil talisman, her sister, and the blood-stained doll behind.
~
years later the talisman was found, and greedily ripped from the clutches of the doll.
~
a massive war occurred, killing all that lived. 9 stitchpunk creations were brought to life by this evil device, but 5 of them where lost in a struggle between a machine.
when the souls of the fallen heroes were released, so was the doll's. the doll will not rest until she has the talisman back at her tomb, so she can finally be at rest.
   Aren't the lost 5 going to help them? A soul should never rest, and if that doll won't rest, neither should they. Please, please let the lost 5 help them. They can help 9 find the talisman or tell him what the doll wants.
